• Check laser alignment on specialized in-house test fixture and adjust if necessary
• Clean optical path
• Check alignment of sensors/modulators and adjust if necessary

• Clean anti-dust filter
• Check operation of polygonal mirror
• Inspect all wiring and connectors for damage and replace if necessary
• Make 100+ test prints then recheck alignment
• Record all operating data of each unit and store in database for future reference
